🏛️ Historical Heritage

Rome raised entire cities here that still stand today, al-Andalus left palaces preserved nowhere else in Europe, and the Andalusian Renaissance produced in Úbeda and Baeza an urban fabric that UNESCO protects in full. Between frontier castles, mosques turned into cathedrals, Tartessian necropolises and Copper Age settlements, Andalusia holds the largest collection of World Heritage sites in Spain.
