2. What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject and message content
- Browsing language
We do not collect special category data and do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Purpose
Your data is processed solely to handle and reply to your enquiry. It is not used to send commercial communications unless you expressly request it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
5. Retention period
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and thereafter for a maximum of twelve months, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
6. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. It is hosted by our technology providers acting as data processors:
- Netlify, Inc. — web hosting and form handling. Privacy policy
- Google Ireland Limited — email and web analytics. Privacy policy
Some providers may transfer data internationally to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@wonderfulandalucia.com.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications via HTTPS.
