💧 Lanjarón Water
The most iconic non-alcoholic drink in Andalusia. It rises in Lanjarón, on the southern slope of Sierra Nevada, from the snowmelt and rains of Spain's highest peaks, filtering naturally through the rocks of the National Park. Its mineral-medicinal properties gave rise in the 18th century to the famous Lanjarón Spa.
